Lyle BrennanLyle E. Brennan is an entrepreneur, business owner, publisher, and successful real estate developer with more than 40 years of experience.

His development experience in Nevada includes notable projects such as: CitiBank Nevada, Sportsman’s Manor(s), McKellar Center, Century Park, Sahara Rancho Medical Center, WestPark Plaza Office Park(s) at Galleria, Craig and Rainbow, and Cheyenne Valley Gateway (a mixed use development). In addition, Mr. Brennan owned and developed the Southern California franchises for Kenny Rogers Roasters, Sunrise Developers, a home building company in Northwest Arkansas and several commercial projects in North Dakota.

His development companies provide complete services from inception through the entire development process including, but not limited to: site selection, land purchase & planning, entitlement, design & architectural, construction, marketing, lease-up or sale, tenant improvements and property management. He is experienced in all types and phases of development including: production & custom homes, apartments, offices, hotels, retail buildings, industrial buildings, medical centers and high-tech facilities. His success can be directly attributed to his construction experience, master buying and negotiating skills and his reputation for delivering superior products at competitive market rates prior to deadline.

Mr. Brennan’s current projects include multiple commercial real estate sites throughout Southern Nevada, as well as a 21 acre multi-family & retail project, and a 40 acre 200 home community in North Dakota.

His publishing experience began more than 30 years ago with the purchase of LV Magazine, Southern Nevada’s premier city magazine that boasted a local, national and international audience. He also owned and published Reno Magazine, and Sunworld, an in-flight magazine. After a few years of publishing, he sold the titles and purchased Nevada Business Magazine (formerly Nevada Business Journal), a statewide business magazine with a monthly readership of 82,000. Nevada Business Magazine, in print since 1986, remains Nevada’s only statewide business magazine and is the market leader for decision makers. The magazine has increased market share despite the current economy and is doing extremely well with projections of increased profitability for 2013 and beyond.

Mr. Brennan received degrees in Computer Science, Business Administration and Marketing from MMSU. Recognizing the value of giving back to the communities he serves, Mr. Brennan is involved in a number of non-profit organizations and has been an active member of Calvary Chapel for almost 25 years. He and his wife, Connie (who is co-publisher of the magazines) have ten children (his two, her two, their two and four adopted) and three grandchildren.
